1. What about the quality of your products?
We use premium-grade components: LED chips from OSRAM or Everlight, and drivers from Eagerise, Boke, or KGP. Our products hold certifications including CE, CB, ERP, RoHS, and ISO9001:2015. We also maintain strategic partnerships with OSRAM, CREE, PHILIPS, and EAGLERISE.

2. What makes yur factory stand out?
With over 26 years of experience (since 2000), we are a professional manufacturer specializing in commercial lighting and magnetic track systems. We are committed to building a high-end lighting enterprise that integrates design, independent R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service.

3. What are your payment terms?
T/T: 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance must be settled before shipment.

4. What is your lead time?
Sample orders: 3–7 days.
Bulk orders: 15–30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.

5. How long do you conduct aging testing?
For mature, market-verified products, we perform at least 8 hours of aging testing. For new products, we extend testing to 24 hours to ensure optimal quality.

6. Do you offer a product warranty?
Yes. Most of our established products come with a 5-year warranty from factory delivery, under normal usage. Warranty service is provided via repair.

7. Can I place a sample order?
Absolutely. We welcome sample orders for quality verification, and mixed samples are also acceptable.

8. Do you support OEM and ODM projects?
Yes, we fully support both OEM and ODM. Our independent R&D team has extensive experience in helping customers find tailored, effective solutions.
