Q1.How's your products ?

Pass the certificates by TUV: CE, CB, SAA, ERP, IE CEE, SASO, etc.

Q2 What are the strengths of your factory ?
A:We majored in Led lights for more than 20 years since 2000. And we are committed to create a high-end lighting enterprise that integrates with lighting design independent R&D, manufacturing, sales and service.
Q3. What about your payment terms?
A: T/T, 30% deposit after order confrmed, balance before shipment
Q4. What about the delivery date?
A:Sample needs 3-7 days, Bulk product needs around 15-30 days after receipt of the deposit.
Q5. How long do you do aging testing for products?
A: For our old products which have been very mature and bore verification from market, nomally we do acing testing for 8 hours at least. For the new produds, we will do aging testing for 24 hours to ensure the quality.
Q6: Do you offer quarantee for the products?
A: Yes, for most of our old products,the warranty is 5 years after leaving factory, using normally.Warranty way: repair
Q7. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes. we welcome sample order to test the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q8. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: MOQ is 50, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q9. Can you support OEM and ODM design?
Yes. OEM and ODM design is ok. We own independent R&D team, and we have rich experience in helping customers to find perfect solutions.
